Dogs can use the cottage garden at the front of the house. It is safe for them to run in and the view from the bench is just beautiful. We also have a patio garden which is at the back of the house and is safe and secure too.
There are some great walks right from the front door. High Dam, Stott Park Heights and the circular stroll through Great Knott Wood are a must for walkers and dog lovers alike, you will enjoy the spectacular views and countryside . Dogs can run off the lead .

At lakeside ( a few minutes walk away)are the Windermere Lake Cruises. These are great for dogs as they travel free! Dogs can get the boat from Lakeside and the trip around the lake is spectacular. You can get off the boat and vist Bowness and Ambleside.

There is a water bowl in the patio garden for your dog to use.
